Harvest
The harvest of grapes, which should be timed to coincide with the proper ripeness of the fruit and favorable weather conditions, especially when dealing with smaller quantities. In our family winery, in addition to mechanical harvesting we also come together in groups for manual harvesting, which has long been an important part of our friends’ and relatives’ annual activities. We are delighted to do it together, and the atmosphere is unforgettable.
